Job Summary
Location: Al-Saudi Waste Zone Reports to: Operations ManagerThe Waste Zone Manager ensures the proper receival, storage, handling, and disposal of medical waste at the Al-Saudi Waste Zone. This role includes managing daily operations, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- • Facility Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient waste zone.
- • Incinerator Operations: Ensure proper startup, operation, and shutdown of incinerators per guidelines.
- • Team Supervision: Lead and oversee technicians and daily workers, ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
- • Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance of incinerators and associated equipment.
- • Waste Handling: Ensure safe loading, sorting, and processing of medical waste.
- • Inventory & PPE Management: Maintain inventory records and ensure staff have necessary protective equipment.
- • Transport Assistance: Support medical waste collection and transport when necessary.
- • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
