Job Summary
Location: Al-Saudi Waste Zone Reports to: Managing Director & KRT Area ManagerThe Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Al-Saudi Waste Zone, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement in waste management services. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, and enforcing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
Key Responsibilities
- • Operations Management: Ensure smooth operation of equipment and facilities, following SZWO and MSF Holland guidelines.
- • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with local authorities, MSF Holland, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- • Compliance & Safety: Implement and monitor adherence to OHS guidelines, SOPs, and employment laws.
- • Resource & Personnel Management: Ensure availability of required resources, oversee staff training, and handle disciplinary actions.
- • Reporting & Communication: Provide operational reports to SZWO leadership, MSF Holland, and local authorities.
- • Medical Waste Supervision: Oversee the transportation and incineration of medical waste, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- • Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency and innovation in operations.
